On May 20, 2026, Woodway Assurance hosted a webinar examining the growing challenges organizations face in demonstrating that anonymized data meets evolving privacy requirements for analytics, research and AI. The session focused on the real-world implications of Quebec’s anonymization requirements, including expectations around inference risk, as well as similar standards under the GDPR. Participants explored practical approaches for understanding, assessing and addressing inference and other privacy risks in anonymized data, along with more rigorous, scalable and automated methods for supporting assessment, documentation and decision-making in data-sharing, analytics and AI initiatives.
